2day my hand strained again at dis morning when pj subjek..
last time ady strained but wanna well d..
then 2day kena again lo..sad=.=
kena right hand it's ok
but it kena my left hand..wtf
i still wan train basket ball de ar...geram nia
duno still can play or not..
take a thing also bo lat jor..lolz
haiz..hope i can fast well =)
abo i thk i cannot like b4 play basket ball d
nt is shooter d..T.T
